WE ARE SAFE …. BLAZING JET

We are safe. We have finally arrived in Dubai… We landed on the runway, looking out from our port window seat at a fire plane. Flight EK 521 burst into flames after a belly landing at Dubai International Airport yesterday. OH – not nice to see. Frightening. Because of legal issues in Ireland we have been forced to suspend our wonderful life in California, where we are writing screenplays for Hollywood, to return to the UAE to meet with our legal representatives. Great, great praise to the Emirati pilot, and his 17 crew, for saving 282 passengers in the crash-landing at Dubai. It was a miracle so many lives were saved. Angels blew loud trumpets last night when God welcomed hero fireman Jassim Al Baloushi from Ras Al Khaimah into Heaven. Jassim died in the disaster. His courage and sacrifice saved lives. Ten people are still in hospital. And great praise to Emirates airline for holding regular training exercises so crews are prepared to save lives by getting passengers off their jets real fast. Last night we were shaky-shocked, and a little tired after our 16-hour non-stop Emirates flight from Los Angeles to Dubai. (I watched 10 movies on board… Never slept. Fab.) Then we fastened our seatbelts, and came into land…. and saw the runway ablaze…
