DECLAN WHITE SCREENPLAY WINS METERS FILM FESTIVAL IN NEW YORK (http://www.johnlifepublishing.com)

Declan White’s screenplay HAIRS has won the third Meters Film Festival held in New York State, USA, on April 1st.

This horror thriller screenplay reveals how military, mafia, politicians and big-pharma are pushing a fiendish GMO concoction on the public, resulting in a scary hairy disease that attacks humanity… until… a woman steps in to save the world.

The Meters Film Festival was held at the Bristol Valley Theater (official website) managed by its creative director Karin Bowersock.

The audience voted on a favorite film and it was a tie between He and She by Marco Gadge and #WhoWeKill by Pavel Ivanov.

The competitive programme of the festival included eight main nominations.

The Festival issued a press release stating: “We would like to express our gratitude to the creative director Karin Bowersock for professional organization of the event, and to the Bristol Valley Theater for providing a place for screening.
